Organisation Profile: Restorative Justice Otago (RJO), the only RJ agency Dunedin, grew out of the Court pilot scheme and has been active in the City since 2001. As well as from the Court, the Parole Board and Community Corrections, referrals come from a wide range of organisations such as schools, community based agencies, NGOs, as well as from individuals: lawyers, victims, offenders, family members. We also work in the wider Otago and the Southland areas as requested. RJO has a team of fourteen facilitators and works under the umbrella of Anglican Family Care.
