Organisation Profile: PFNZ delivers restorative justice services within the prison system. Sycamore Tree Programme: This programme consists of 6 prisoners and 6 victims coming together over 8 sessions. The overall objective of this programme is to assist participants first of all to come to a greater awareness of not just why prisoners offended, but more importantly what the effects of their crimes and actions have been on their victims. Victim/Offender Conferences: This service provides face to face meetings between victims and offenders by trained restorative justice facilitators.
